Health Net, Inc. has named Juanell Hefner president of its behavioral health subsidiary, MHN (Managed Health Network). Card Guard AG , the parent company of LifeWatch Corp. has appointed Mike Fiorito as chief sales and marketing officer of LifeWatch Services. Card Guard also announced two additional changes in the Group Management responsibilities.Brent Atwood, former executive vice-president sales and marketing, was promoted to chief operating officer of LifeWatch Services and Roger Juanell Hefner Richardson, former president and chief operating officer of LifeWatch Services, retires from the Group Management and will serve as an adviser for LifeWatch Services. Spheris, a provider of clinical documentation technology and services, has appointed Daniel J. Kohl as the company’s president and chief executive officer, as well as a member of its board of directors. The Spheris Board of Directors appointed Kohl to these Suzette Sutton new positions after it accepted the resignation of Steven E. Simpson, as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
