With this in mind, the new Key Issues Impact Survey, an AAIA Market Intelligence Committee project, is designed to provide an ongoing framework to measure AAIA members’ opinions on key industry issues. The survey process is very similar to The Conference Board’s Consumer Confidence Index and will be administered as follows: Once a quarter, AAIA members will be asked to respond to the list of issues presented in the table. Three months later, AAIA will ask the same questions again and measure the change in scores from the previous reading. Respondents will be asked to rate on a scale from one to five in terms of how much impact each of the following issues is having on the respondent’s business at the time of the survey. Survey results will be monitored jointly by AAIA and Northwood University’s Economics Department and reported to AAIA members on a continuous basis. The first surveys are scheduled for January, so keep an eye on your inbox and help us help you! For more information, call AAIA Market Intelligence at 301-654-6664.
