Messiah College - Go Ahead, Get Ready...Go! - (Page 3) Strengthen your character get ready Become a part of an active and interconnected community. The Messiah community is about having an amazing experience. We have crazy fun together, but we also hold each other accountable. Living on campus is more than a matter of convenience; it’s a matter of connections. Connections between the classroom and “real life”; connections between spiritual, personal, and intellectual growth; connections between your present experience and your future plans. Most important, though, are the connections that you’ll establish with other people — roommates, hallmates, and resident assistants. Whether you’re shooting pool in The Union, catching a dollar movie at our on-campus cinema, or starting a small-group Bible study, the people you share your life with here will become lifelong friends. Just as your faith doesn’t stop when you leave church, your learning at Messiah doesn’t end when you leave the classroom. With more than 60 clubs and organizations— including spiritual, recreational, social, and professional options — Messiah offers you a wide range of ways to explore new interests, gain résumébuilding experiences, engage with others, and truly make the most of your college experience.
