BBJs for Sale, Take Your Pick, for $73 Million to $75 Million The two Boeing Business Jets, S/N 29233 and S/N 33010, on static display at EBACE are being offered for sale. Marc Foulkrod, chairman of Avjet Corporation in Burbank, California, again has the listing on 29233, but this year it’s been “de-greened.” At EBACE 2007, Foulkrod sold the airplane, which formerly was owned by Roy Disney’s Shamrock Aviation in Burbank. The new owner hired Gore Design Completions (Booth 261) to restyle the interior completely, including changing carpets, seat coverings and some cabinet finishes. The newly refurbed BBJ has a light and bright interior of subdued tan and light gray tones, completely changing its appearance and making much more contemporary. Foulkrod is offering the aircraft for $73 million, and he’s getting serious inquiries from potential buyers. Next to 29233, Steve Saflin, MGM’s director of aviation in Las Vegas, Nevada, is presenting S/N 33010. It too has a Gore Design completion. This aircraft, with only 2,100 hours total time, has a conventional BBJ cabin layout with forward galley and crew rest area, central main salon, mid-aft two-bunk stateroom and a private master stateroom with a shower in the lavatory. However, there is no mid-cabin lavatory. Saflin is offering this aircraft for $75 million. But, he’d rather keep it and sell you S/N 36852 for $85 million.
