We visit some of New Hampshire’s most coveted white landscapes, enjoying exhilarating skiing and braving a snowstorm on the slopes. Starting in the Lakes Region, we make tracks up to the North Country, where yearly snowfall rings in around 100 inches. After dinner, ACTION ATTRACTION Our winter adventure starts with a morning of snowboarding at Waterville Valley. After two bunny hill runs, we take the plunge from the top of the mountain. A few hours later, we find success, sailing down all the green trails. Beyond the slopes, Waterville keeps everyone happy. Cross-country skiing trails also lace the grounds around Waterville; grab rentals and a trail map at the Nordic Center. we go snowshoeing by moonlight around the square. MOTORING UP MT. WASHINGTON You’ve seen MT. WASHINGTON from the slopes and roadside, but how about from the SnowCoach? This all-terrain vehicle looks like a van on a snowmobile and takes you to the top of Mt.
