Visitors and residents alike enjoy art exhibits, live music, food and socializing during the gallery walks held the third Thursday evening of every month. A waterfront mall, resort and marina, Fishermen’s Village attracts shoppers, diners, boaters, fishermen and music lovers. Live entertainment and festivals take place almost daily. Conquistador re-enactors celebrate the area’s Spanish heritage in downtown Punta Gorda’s Gilchrist Park.
