Any member may propose a resolution, which should address a legislative or management issue related to the missions and goals of MOAA. Proposed resolutions should not be wordy or legalistic, but rather express ideas clearly and concisely. The Resolutions Committee — appointed by the chair of MOAA’s board of directors — will review all submissions. If the committee finds a proposed resolution to be relevant to MOAA’s missions and goals, it will be structured to the desired format.
