Palouse (Idaho) Chapter Supports Operation Education P alouse (Idaho) Chapter members are supporting severely wounded veterans and their spouses who are participating in Operation Education at the University of Idaho at Moscow. The university launched the pilot program in June 2006 to help wounded warriors and their spouses continue their education so they can enjoy more career opportunities and achieve success in their communities.
