LARSEN Dear MonaVie Family, From the time I was a young child being raised as one of 10 children in a rural town in Idaho, I was taught by my wise and amazing parents that all things are possible to those who believe. I have put those words to the test, and they’ve proven true. Whether it was selling zucchini from our garden to unsuspecting neighbors, becoming an Eagle Scout, or traveling to the Middle East and Europe for six months as a teenager to see what life was like beyond the potato fields, my experiences have taught me that, to those who believe, all things are possible, even for a child from Idaho. I believed I would see the world, and I have. I believed I would find the woman of my dreams, and I did. I believed I would be a parent to amazing kids, and I am. Because I believed these and other things, I have seen them unfold in my life. Oh, the power of believing! What do you believe? And do your beliefs truly create your actions which, in turn, chart your destiny? As a very young child, I always believed that God had sent me to earth for a specific purpose. I’ve wanted to make a difference, to do something exceptional, to accomplish all I was sent to accomplish, because I believed that this was God’s purpose for my life. I’ve always believed that I would help create something worthy of the time I spend here. I’ve believed that I would be surrounded by loyal, good, loving, and God-fearing people who also believed that they were destined to do something great. Because I believed these things, I could see them; now they’ve become true for me. As I look back on my almost 50 years of living, I can see how each of my life experiences has brought me to this point— where I have the opportunity to lead one of the best companies for the world. Without having gone through each and every one of my life experiences, some of them painful, I wouldn’t be where I am today. The same is true for you. Through all the ups and downs, I never once stopped believing that there would be a convergence at some point in my life where the right-hearted people would team up with me and, together, we would create something special, something exceptional. I had no idea it would be found in a bottle of juice that looks like a wine bottle. I don’t even drink wine! That didn’t matter. What was important to me was to be prepared for when it was my time to believe in the unbelievable. If I were to have told almost anyone in the world what has happened with MonaVie in three short years, most would say, “That’s impossible.” But to those who believe, nothing is impossible! Some people say that you have to see it to believe it. To me, that’s not necessarily true. I believe you have to believe it in order to see it. I believed that with the right leadership, our sixth grade baseball team at Kennedy Elementary could dominate the competition. When asked to captain the team, the first thing I did was to get a stopwatch and clock each member of the team as they rounded the bases. I wanted to see who the passionate players were— those who were willing to give 100%. I also remember the time I believed I would run my first and only marathon in 3 hours and 52 minutes. I accomplished that goal to the very minute. Why would I have doubted? That’s what the training program said was possible if I was diligent. These experiences remind me that anything is possible to those who believe, and see. I believed when we started this company that we would build the largest company in the history of direct selling. I can see this happening before my very eyes. We’re creating history together. Over 20,000 people around the world are currently joining the MonaVie family on a weekly basis. Some say that’s impossible; I say it’s just the beginning. Wait until we’re bringing in 200,000 new people a week. What will “they” say then? Here’s what they’ll say, “That’s impossible.” Oh, the power of belief! I believed when I took on a woman with four kids, along with my four kids, and when I had to take out a second mortgage on my home while we put this company together, that we were going to attract amazing people. I could see you. I believe that each of us is born with a spark of the divine. I believe that within each of our souls is the ability to reach our full potential and change the world, one person at a time. We must start with ourselves. I believe in you! I believe, even though the chances are good that I have not even met you yet, that you are going to succeed with MonaVie. I implore you to believe in yourself and to believe you have all you need to achieve all you were sent here to achieve. Believe that through persistence you can accomplish whatever you can see through MonaVie. I see a $20 billion company. I see tens of thousands of children leaving the slums of Brazil to fulfill their destinies. I see fathers and mothers spending more time with their children through the product and opportunity offered by MonaVie. I see you walking across the stage to be recognized for your greatness! Finally, I see a MonaVie that’s not only the best company in the world, but much more importantly, a MonaVie that is the best company for the world. I’m Dallin Larsen, and I believe.
