Longtime local restaurateur Ralph Brennan has opened Heritage Grill, a lunch-only restaurant featuring a New American menu. Brennan also recently opened café b, a chic rendition of a retro brasserie offering American comfort food at reasonable prices. Marie is the brainchild of local entrepreneurs and restaurant owners Leon and Pierre Touzet and Robert LeBlanc. Taking inspiration from renowned Champagne houses like Veuve Cliquot, Ste. Marie offers an extensive menu featuring six Champagnes and 22 sparkling wines from different locations, each possessing distinct ﬂavors. Champagnes and sparkling wines are also incorporated into the innovative craft cocktails offered along with seasonal fruit and fresh herbs.
