Longtime local restaurateur Ralph Brennan has opened Heritage Grill, a lunch-only restaurant featuring a New American menu. Taking inspiration from renowned Champagne houses like Veuve Cliquot, Ste. Marie offers an extensive menu featuring six Champagnes and 22 sparkling wines from different locations, each possessing distinct flavors.
