Multifamily industry veteran Jeffrey A. Goldshine was appointed President of Finlay Management Inc. Immediate Past President and company founder Chris Finlay will remain with the Jacksonville, Fla., firm as Chairman and CEO. The Finlay Management portfolio includes multifamily communities in Florida, Texas and New Hampshire. Most recently, Goldshine served as President of Mission Residential Management, based in Oakton, Va. Madison Apartment Group, the multifamily operating arm of BPG Properties Ltd., named Scott Gilpatrick its Divisional Vice President. He oversees 28 communities, totaling 8,000 apartment homes, throughout the South. Gilpatrick has more than 24 years’ experience in the industry, most recently as Regional Vice President for Berkshire Property Advisors. Riverstone Residential Group hired Heather Straub as its Vice President, Operations Florida Region. Straub brings more Heather Straub than 20 years of property management experience, most recently as Vice President of Operations for the Bainbridge portfolio located in the Southeastern U.S. The Habitat Company appointed Matthew Fiascone Senior Vice President of Finance and Investment. Fiascone previously served as Senior Vice President for Matthew Fiascone Inland Real Estate Development Corporation where he was principally involved in over 150 real estate transactions involving properties valued PARTNERS Group and Walden Residential. Most recently, Goldrick served as the Director of Marketing with Simpson Housing’s Southwest Portfolio. John Cannon joined Freddie Mac Multifamily, effective Feb. 15, as Senior Vice President, Production & Sales. He is the chief point person with its customers. Cannon has more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. He recently was Executive Vice President with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage. Lead Tracking Solutions hired Stephanie Salameh as National Director of Marketing & Training. Salameh oversees training platforms Stephanie Salameh and marketing for its current and developing services. She has 22 years’ industry experience, most recently as a Regional Marketing Manager for Riverstone Residential Group.

HFF announced that Nicholas Matt has rejoined the firm as a Managing Director in its Pittsburgh office. Matt worked for 10 years as an analyst at HFF and later was a Managing Director before spending two years as a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s debt and equity finance department. Marquette Companies, Naperville, Ill., named Jim Cunningham Executive Vice President. Cunningham recently worked for Casto in Jim Cunningham Columbus, Ohio, as Executive Vice President and Risk Manager for nine years.

For Rent Media Solutions hired Kim Cory as Director of Student Media, effective April 2. Cory has more than 15 years of student housing experience and most recently served as Director of Sales and Marketing for University Village/Homestead America in Columbus, Ohio, where she will be based in her new position. Lorna Rivero was named Regional Sales Manager for Rent.com. With more than six years of multifamily experience, Rivero manages Rent.com eastern accounts and growth initiatives. Centerline Capital Group hired Vic Clark as a Managing Director to head its multifamily lending business in the southwest. Clark will be based in Dallas. He previously was Senior Vice President for Walker & Dunlap in Dallas. American Utility Management (AUM) hired Joseph R. Stackhouse as Executive Vice President, Client Relations. Prior to joining AUM, he served as Senior Vice President, Customer Joseph Stackhouse Operations at Charter Communications. SatisFacts, a provider of resident feedback/surveys and online reputation management programs, hired Gregory Ann Goldrick, NALP, as Regional VP of Sales/South Central (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas).
