The Perfect Candidate
Most jobs have a hefty list of requirements—major, minimum GPA, and speciﬁc skills, for example. You’ll ﬁnd these listed in job postings or, typically in more detail, in job descriptions. But most employers look for more in their potential employees than just the ability to perform the basics of the job. They have a substantial list of abilities, qualities, and “soft” skills that they seek.
