CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES
Please ensure that each page of your registration form is accurate and complete.
Any incomplete registration form received will result in delayed processing. All dollar
amounts are U.S. dollars.
* Cancellation or request for changes to conference registration, workshop registration,
and registration for signature programs and special events must be made in writing
and received no later than Friday, May 25, 2018. Any cancellations received after
May 25 will not be refunded.
All conference registration fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Full payment in U.S. currency
must accompany this registration form. Do not send cash or traveler's checks. Fax with
credit card payment only to +1.888.772.1888.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for this event, annual conference attendees agree to the collection of
contact and demographic information. This includes any information unique to the
attendee that is available in the individual's NAFSA profile. NAFSA will share limited
information (name, title, organization, state and country only) in the official attendee list,
but will not share contact information without further consent.
NAFSA will build a photo and video library of the NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference
& Expo. By attending, you grant consent for NAFSA to use any photographs and/or
video produced that may include you individually or in groups. This includes use in print,
online, and all forms of electronic media, both for reproduction and promotional use. In
the event that we film and record your words, NAFSA will seek your express permission.
Conference credentials remain the property of NAFSA and may be revoked by NAFSA
in its sole discretion if the credentials are deemed to be used fraudulently or if the
holder is believed to be in violation of professional, responsible, and safe conduct as
deemed by NAFSA's management team.
* Refunds, if approved, may be processed four to six weeks after the conference.
* If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account;
otherwise, a refund check will be issued.
* There are no refunds for special event registrations unless the event is sold out or
* A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from conference registration refunds and
a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from workshop, signature program, and
special event registration refunds up to a $200 maximum deduction for multiple
cancellations. Changes to a preconference workshop registration will result in a
$25 change fee per workshop. If NAFSA cancels a workshop, you will receive
notification of the cancellation and a full refund.
* All requests for changes, cancellations, and refunds must be made in writing,
emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, and received no later than
Friday, May 25, 2018.
eventBit will be used at this conference to better understand attendee behaviors and
needs during NAFSA 2018. If you don't want to participate, please alert us during onsite registration.
