NAFSA ANNUAL CONFERENCE FAIR TRADE
NAFSA is collaborating with IELTS to bring custom fair-trade
tote bags to the NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is a smoke-free building.
In an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of the annual
conference and expo as well as reduce paper waste, the
conference program and note planner are available in the
registration area as optional items this year and will not be
included in your conference tote bag.
Session evaluation forms are located within the conference
mobile app and online program.

how to reach the cultural sites or restaurants you want to visit.
eventBit® TECHNOLOGY AT NAFSA 2018
NAFSA will be utilizing eventBit® technology at NAFSA
2018. NAFSA will utilize beacons attached to attendee
name tags to capture attendance information in the Expo
Hall and at sessions, plenaries, and other events. Insights
gained from data analytics will enable NAFSA to design
future events that serve the international education community
more effectively. Your personal contact information is not
collected or shared with any third parties. If you do not wish
to participate in NAFSA's data analytics initiative, please
alert us during on-site registration or at any time during the
week. For more information about eventBit, please visit
