Precast Inc. - March/April 2008 - (Page 56) Denver Trade PHOTOS BY RON HYINK AND MIKE COOK T he city of Denver opened its arms to the 2008 Manufactured Concrete Products Exhibition and head to Houston in February 2009 for the launch of The Precast Show. The trade show floor is already at 75 percent capacity for next year’s event. The Precast Show will feature products, services, education and a host of other events designed specifically for precast concrete and concrete pipe manufacturers. The National Precast Concrete Association and American Concrete Pipe Association are sponsoring The Precast Show, which will bring together precast manufacturers with suppliers to the industry. The Precast Show will debut Feb. 20-22, 2009, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. For more information visit NPCA Winter Conference Feb. 7-9 for hands-on product demonstrations, precast education, buying, selling and networking. The Mile High City played host to nearly 400 exhibitors and more than 5,000 attendees in the Colorado Convention Center. With nearly 115,000 net square feet of exhibits, MCPX afforded every supplier and precaster in attendance the opportunity to see some of the newest and most exciting technologies available to the precast industry.
