SMK announces new cordless form release sprayer SMK Industries Inc. has announced its new Hoss form release cordless sprayer. This new sprayer is made especially for precast concrete facilities but can be used virtually anywhere. The Hoss form release sprayer provides ultimate control over the flow of material through the sprayer with a combination of pump speed control and wide tip selection. Its internal components resist the damaging chemical effects of form release agents. It sprays material consistently and evenly with no pressure drop, says the company. The new sprayer is a 36-volt, 60-psi cordless sprayer that fits onto and into a 5-gallon bucket, a 55-gallon barrel or other containers, allowing the user to spray directly from the containers the material comes in. It utilizes two DeWalt-type 18-volt batteries to power its diaphragm pump. Two fully charged batteries will last for up to 80 gallons, depending on material viscosity.
