He will also maintain responsibility as area manager for underground construction in western Canada. McDonald has been with BASF since 1999. The reorganization follows the announcement that Roger Barker who, after 31 years of dedicated service to the company, had decided to retire later this year. Barker, who has served the company for more than 31 years, will continue to provide support to BASF as a consultant. C.R. Barger & Sons breaks ground on new facility C.R. Barger & Sons, Kingston, Tenn., has broken ground for its new multimillion dollar facility at Roane Regional Business and Technology Park. Barger, whose line of products include septic tanks, grease interceptors, pump tanks and storm shelters, is relocating its current headquarters from the Kingston area to Roane Regional.
