Hawkeye-Pedershaab announces new management team Two of the industry’s leading manufacturers of pipe and manhole equipment, Hawkeye and Pedershaab, recently joined forces under the name Hawkeye-Pedershaab and have announced their management team. Richard Shoemaker will serve as CEO and president of Concrete Technologies Worldwide (CTW), the new parent organization for both Hawkeye Concrete Products and Pedershaab Concrete Technologies. Other senior positions were established to assist Shoemaker in continuing to offer Hawkeye and Pedershaab models to the marketplace with a focus on enhanced customer service and allowing customer choices for both technologies. Charles Brown is the chief financial officer for CTW. Brown will manage the financial responsibilities for all of the operations of CTW including HawkeyePedershaab. Al Iagnemma, former operations manager for Hawkeye, was promoted to chief operations officer for HawkeyePedershaab and is responsible for the manufacturing operations at Hawkeye Concrete Products in the United States and Pedershaab Concrete Technologies in Denmark. Aaron Schmidgall was promoted to general manager of Hawkeye Concrete Products in Iowa, and Lars Skole has been appointed managing director of Pedershaab Concrete Technologies in Denmark.
