Airport Project Delivery Systems Summit III August 13-14 ACI-NA, Airports Consultants Council, and Associated General Contractors are sponsoring this third installment in San Diego of a series of meetings discussing airport construction and planning. Planning Charette July 8-9 The ACI-NA Operations and Technical Affairs Committee will provide members with an additional forum to collaborate on planning and design issues. Reviews ACI-NA/AAAE Spring Washington Conference ACI-NA Commissioners Congressional Reception March 13-14 The annual spring legislative conference drew more than 210 attendees, who were briefed for two days on pending legislation and regulations. During the evening reception, attended by 130, the commissioners honored Rep. Jerry Costello (D-Ill.) and awarded three scholarships to college students studying aviation management. Human Resources April 17-18 The first Human Resources Conference drew an estimated 80 attendees to Coral Springs, Fla. Reclaiming the Sky author Tom Murphy capped the event with his presentation on efforts to develop resiliency in airport and aviation workers to better handle the stress of the workplace.
