First meeting of AOC (Boston) hen Don Reilly began his role as Airport Operators Council International (AOCI) president in 1968, the oldest international airport owners and operators organization in the world was celebrating its 20th anniversary. When Reilly hung up his hat in 1988, AOCI was marking its 40th year of service to 230 worldwide members that were enplaning 75 percent of the world’s traffic.
