This feature has been particularly helpful for scheduling staff and tracking course attendance.” Are There Any Issues with Using an LMS? “The biggest challenge,” explains Pickler, “was encouraging the staff members to accept the change—the change from moving from primarily classroom-instructed courses to those that can be completed independently. Over time, though, some staff members have started to look to the I-HEAL system for additional courses that have associated-continuing education hours to support re-licensure needs and expectations.” Continues Pickler, “I-HEAL has proven to be an easy way to track employee course completion, adds flexibility to the staff so that courses can be completed in a timely manner, and [makes it] easy to create documentation reports.” Are There Any Future Plans with the LMS?
