Riding on our success at the 2nd Annual ABCs Conference in Concord, held October 2007, we have prepared a customized community association volunteer leader presentation and we’ll bring it to you! The “Essentials of Community Association Living” is a full-day program for volunteer leaders that provides the tools that volunteers need to govern their community associations. The program includes multiple presentations and a mock board meeting with audience participation. Essentially, if you provide the venue and the participants, we will do the rest. Upcoming programs already scheduled are: • March 29, 2008 – Alameda • October 4, 2008 – Concord If you’re interested in providing a seminar for your Board members, please contact Kelvin Nanney, CMP, Chapter Executive Director, CAI Bay Area and Central California Chapter, 2440 Camino Ramon, Suite 273, San Ramon, CA 94583, (925) 355-1980, kelvinn@meetingpossibilities.com. 20 • The Communicator
