CMSA strategy that is supported and modeled from the top down, is extremely important because employees feel a sense of being valued for their contributions. In developing and refining a business’s workforce strategy, it is always recommended to write down the clear goals for the business and align those strategies to the goals. Having a living document that is shared with leaders and staff will help create the transparency that is needed to communicate that the business CARES for its nurses.
