CMSA New CMSA Products CMSA UNVEILING NEW MENU OF COMMUNICATION OPTIONS Strengthening Our Connection to You A s part of a major initiative to increase the value of your Case Management Society of America membership and to further customize the ways in which we communicate with our members, CMSA has entered into a partnership with Naylor, LLC. Through this new partnership, a new menu of communication options is being unveiled to CMSA supporters and members. This new partnership with Naylor marks a pivotal turning point for CMSA. For the first time in our history, the society will maintain complete control and ownership of our member communication vehicles, ensuring that CMSA members will always receive the news and information most important to their professional development and livelihood. A major component of this partnership is the launch of a new member publication entitled CMSA Today. the most respected voice among case management professionals. By taking control of our member communications and focusing on integration of our various multimedia channels, we are not only securing our position as the industry’s leading authority, but our supplier members and advertisers will also have greater success reaching the key decision-makers they need to grow. “We are excited about our new relationship with CMSA and look forward to developing a partnership that proves beneficial for CMSA and its members,” said Charles Popper, vice president of association relations for Naylor.
