highlightsandhappenings The Associated General Contractors of Connecticut Annual Meeting – February 2011 The AGC of CT Annual Meeting and Board Meeting were held in February at the Society Room in Hartford. The Board meeting featured AGC of America Senior Economist, Ken Simonson. The Annual Meeting presented the installation of new officers and board members, including incoming President James Manafort, Jr.; and honored outgoing board members, including outgoing President Bob Berkmoes. Governor Dannel Malloy was on hand to provide the keynote address. Outgoing AGC of CT President Bob Berkmoes is flanked by CCIA’s Matthew Hallisey and John Butts, AGC of CT Executive Director. The Crowd enjoys the unique architectural splendor offered at the reception. Incoming AGC of CT President Jim Manafort in a conversation with Joe Natarelli, AGC of CT Treasurer, new Second Vice President Tom Giardini and Gary Guilette. New board member Joe Castellano and Kevin Spellacy are entertained by a story from Pat Delaney. Don Shubert, CCIA President with Joe Milazzo and Bruce Bergstrom.
