highlightsandhappenings UCAC General Membership Meeting/ Lifetime Achievement Award NUCA’s Vice President of Member and Chapter Relations Heather Caldwell and NUCA President Terry Dillon were the guest speakers at the recent UCAC General Membership Meeting. Terry gave a memorable and candid talk on the importance of a national grassroots efforts by our industry to keep local, state, and federal officials aware of the need for adequate funding for our aging water infrastructure. Heather reviewed NUCA current and upcoming activities and events, and introduced the new Liquid Assets video available to chapters. The surprise highlight of the evening was honoring Dave Ambrose of Wethersfield Construction with a UCAC Lifetime Achievement Award for his lifelong commitment to UCAC. Dave was surprised by family and friends as the award was being announced.
