highlightsandhappenings John “Jack” Costello Memorial Scholarship The Jack Costello Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Andre St. Germain. This four-year scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who studies in a construction-related field at a college or university in Connecticut. Andre, a 2006 Manchester High School graduate, is at UCONN in the Civil Engineering program. The scholarship, the third installment, was presented by Jack Costello’s son Frank at Costello Industries’ Newington office. Marvin Morganbesser’s Retirement Dinner Marvin Morganbesser was honored for his 41 years of service to CCIA and the industry. Over 400 came together at the Aquaturf to celebrate the occasion. It was a very memorable evening and a fitting tribute to Marvin. We all wish him the very best. Marvin and Ray Oneglia Sr. Ray Sr. initially interviewed Marvin 41 years ago.
