International Academic Partnership Program
The Institute of International Education (IIE) led a delegation of U.S. higher education government officials and high level administrators from ten U.S. colleges and universities, who visited India as part of the International Academic Partnership Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE). This program, a n initiative of IIE’s Center for International Partnerships in Higher Education, seeks to increase the number of international partnerships between higher education institutions in the U.S. and those in India and China. Applications for the 2012 India Program will be accepted starting September 1st. To learn more about the Center’s initiatives and resources, visit www.iie.org/cip.
