These two exemplary scholarship recipients were well-received by the membership, and their accomplishments were only highlighted by a poignant speech about the importance of water and the upcoming generation delivered by Rodney Tart, President of the National Rural Water Association. It was a meeting well worth attending. RWAU Water Taste Test The Utah Water Taste Test contest to choose the best water in Utah proved to be a tough competition again this year— tough enough to receive media attention via a feature on St. George’s KCSG television news cast. A preliminary water taste test was held on Wednesday afternoon to narrow the entries down the top three contenders.
