I want you to know how much I appreciated your presentation at our City Council meeting. It was right on target. The council basically gave me the OK to contact you to see if you would help us with both a water and sewer rate study. I know that we will need to provide you with current data for the study to be completed. If you are still willing to help us with these two studies, will you please contact either Gary Siddoway or myself to let us know what information you need? I look forward to working with you on this project and appreciate your friendship and the help you have been to our city.
