A Board Perspective on
Baby Boomer Retirement
Three NRWA board members give their perspective
THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE is a combined interview with NRWA board members Phil Bastin of Indiana, Paul Fulgham of Utah and Glen Womack of Louisiana. These gentlemen have very unique perspectives on the “The Exodus” and how it will affect rural and small water utilities as they each work at a utility and are active on their State Rural Water Association boards as well as the National Board. These men were chosen for this article based on their geographic location, their age and the size of their utility. We wanted to give an overall perspective with views from across the country.
