Association Executive - January/February 2008 - (Page 14) INSIDE NYSAE NYSAE and Industry Friends Celebrate the Holidays NYSAE members and guests welcomed the holidays in style at a December party at the Park Central Hotel. Jazz music of the Marcus Goldhaber Quartet, provided by SPN Music and Entertainment, set the stage for the “best party yet,” said one enthusiastic NYSAE member. Attendees brought holiday gifts that were donated to the Kennedy Child Study Center, an organization dedicated to helping very young children who are undergoing significant difficulties in learning and other areas of early childhood development. Good entertainment, good food, and good friends made a winning combination for starting the holiday season. Sherry Lane of Sherry Lane Entertainment/ Caricatures USA draws a sketch. The cool jazz of the Marcus Goldhaber quartet, provided by SPN Music and Entertainment, set the mood for NYSAE’s Holiday Party. In the spirit of giving, NYSAE members and guests brought holiday gifts for the boys and girls at the Kennedy Child Study Center. The collection was successful once again. 14 ASSOCIAT IO N EX EC U T IV E JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2008
