THE HOURS PASS by and there’s no place to lean. I have been standing on this conspicuously thin layer of carpet barely covering the menacing concrete below it for half a day. If I hear one more person tell me they don’t plan any meetings in my state I’ll lose my mind! Are there even any planners in this hall anymore? How much did this show cost me? There better be at least one usable lead in my stack of index cards in the corner. What to tell the boss. Well, I did get that lead at breakfast this morning; I’ll just pretend I got it on the tradeshow ﬂoor. Oh, and there was that other pair of leads I got in
