Stone Dimensions - Fall/Winter 2007 - (Page 12) Gold • Baths Over $50,000 Landis Construction of Washington, DC turned the original bath of this fashion designer-owned home into a walk-in closet. The firm then constructed a one-story addition to house the new bath and its outdoor theme – complete with plenty of natural light, water features and river stones. Using additional natural elements, the shower space features river stones, and stone and glass on its walls. Other features include a starlight LED lighting system above the shower, electric floor heating zones and custom cabinetry. Woodworking cabinetry, fixtures by Grohe, Kohler, windows and doors by Pella. Total project cost was $85,000. This project was also awarded Best Project under $200,000.
