Redi-Mix Delivery Professional Receives National Recognition s a result of his excellent job performance, safety record and attention to customer service, Harold Hubbard was recently chosen as one of four f inalists for the National Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA) Driver of the Year award. Harold shares his 12 and a half years experience at Redi-Mix by always taking time to give a helping hand to fellow team members who need assistance at the batch plant and at the job site. His positive attitude resonates to his other team members as well as customers. His communication skills with his immediate supervisors, customers and fellow employees are excellent. In addition to these qualities, Harold takes great pride in his equipment by always keeping it clean and well maintained. Harold exemplif ies professionalism through his appearance which promotes a positive image for Redi-Mix and the concrete industr y as a whole. A Cer tif ied NRMCA Concrete Deliver y Professional (CDP), Harold scored a 96 on the f inal CDP exam. He is also an extremely productive team member who is on pace to safely deliver over eight thousand f ive hundred yards of concrete this year. A Harold on the job. Harold and his wife Lillian proudly display his award. In addition to his being a member of the Redi-Mix Team, Harold is involved with many activities that beneﬁt the community. For the past ten years, Harold has been the coach for the Cedar Crest Church of Christ little league baseball team. In addition to this, Harold has coached the church little league football team for the last four years. Harold also serves as an usher and member of the Communion Committee.
