The Texas Society of Association Executives and Naylor LLC are pleased to announce an exciting new option for reading TSAE’s magazine. The new digital version of the publication lets you zoom, search, save, print and scroll right on your computer screen. Although TSAE has been offering PDF versions of Association Leadership on www.tsae.org, the page-turning technology used by the NXTbook format creates a true digital version that mimics the print version – with upgrades. “Our members and readers are very involved in today’s technological advances,” said Beth Brooks, CAE, TSAE’s president. “Being able to access the magazine online in a user-friendly format enables them to stay connected and use the magazine as a resource even when they’re not at the office.” With this digitized issue, you can bookmark pages, forward pages to a co-worker with a personal note attached, perform key word searches or upload content to social networking sites Digg (www.digg.com) and Del.icio.us (http://del.icio.us/). It truly brings Association Leadership into the dialogue world of digital magazines. • Magnify a specific portion of the page by clicking on the magnifying button. The size of the magnification area also can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the corner of the box. • Save individual pages into your bookmarks/favorites or share with colleagues by pressing the “link” button. • Save the entire publication on your computer, allowing access even if you aren’t online, by pressing the “save” button. • Print one or all pages via the “print” button. • Press the “help” button to see more detailed explanations of these features and other available options. “We hope you like our most recent investment in you, the members of the Texas Society of Association Executives,” Brooks said. “We’re confident that the new online editions of Association Leadership will serve you well in this increasingly digitized world.
