He joined the Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau in January 2007 as president and chief executive ofﬁcer. Previously, DuBois served as executive vice president for Meeting Professionals International Foundation. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Professional Convention Management Association. A graduate of The School of Hotel Administration at Michigan State University, DuBois worked in sales and marketing at various Sheraton and RitzCarlton hotels between 1978 and 1990 before becoming senior vice president for PCMA in 1991.
