Fabrics Innovations made topof-the-bed products for the first
Virgin Hotel in Chicago, as well
as for the Carlyle Inn (along
with draperies and pillows). The
company hired Janel Oberembt
as director of sales and Erica
Shamrock as director of sourcing
and design, launched an in-line
product division, expanded its
Coral Gables office, is opening a
new office in Shanghai, is adding
10 new books over the next
few months, and is launching
upholstery fabrics for the first time.
Founder Deborah Herman was
featured on Modern Living with
Kathy Ireland, and was named
NEWH's 2015 ICON of Industry.
And Margarita Leon welcomed
baby Benjamin Edward on March
25th (shown).

Supplier Development Council.

iWORKS added Tony Walker
as its representative for Europe
and the Middle East. Toronto
representative Bennett Mills
and his team, the SpiderTechZimmering Pacesetters, raised
$427,000 for the Ride to Conquer
Cancer.
The D Hotel, Las Vegas,
guestroom bath renovation,
designed with Alice O'Keefe
of Gensler features Belstoneproduced shower pans, custom
sinks, and Italian porcelain tile
for the 628 rooms, inspiring
a new Italian porcelain tile
and wall panel collection.

IIG's Larissa Thompson recently
gave birth to a baby girl, Cora.
The company hired Mariana
Cuevas as project designer and
Krystal Dravesky as designer; was
named a Top 100 Design Firm by
Hotel Management magazine;
and received the 2015 Educational
Interiors Gold citation for the
Olivet Nazarene University, Reed
Hall College of Engineering. It
is working on two full-service
spas at the Horseshoe Hotel &
Casino in Tunica, Mississippi, and
recently completed a $10 million
renovation of the former Hotel
San Bernardino to the DoubleTree
by Hilton San Bernardino for DKN
Hotels (shown).

Michelle Meredith & Associates
completed the 187-room,
new-build Sheraton McKinney,
Texas and the renovation of the
public areas of the Le Méridien
Stoneleigh in Dallas (shown).

Crimson Design Group is proud
to be involved in the Valentine
Project, which provides support
for orphans in Tanzania. With
the help of its clients donating a
portion of the company's design
fee revenue, Crimson built a home
that will house 20 children. The
company is also now the exclusive
designer for Preferred Living,
which develops and manages
luxury rental communities.

International Art Properties is
celebrating its 40th anniversary,
and is now being represented by
Universal Sourcing and Marketing
(USAM) in Singapore.

Silvana Pimentel gave birth to her
first son, Salvatore Cavalie, on
September 12th.

Brooke Taylor of Arcsine and
hubby Nick Balistreri welcomed
baby Natalie on May 4th.
Foundation Art Services has hired
Jason Neufeldt as national sales

Niemann Interiors welcomes

DXV by American Standard
established an online and
print community for designers,
architects, and creatives to
discuss their experience with the
company's products. To start the
conversation, DXV collaborated
with six well-established designers
to create six individual spaces
drawing on the DXV portfolio of
products. The designers have
been blogging about their projects,
which have been published in
Decade 15 magazine as well as on
the DXV website.
