In 2017, Moen introduced several new kitchen and bath products, including the Gibson bath collection (a single-handle
faucet featuring a long, swiveling spout), and the Genta bathroom suite, offering a compact profile and including tub/
shower and shower-only options and matching accessories. Moen is also involved in waste reduction and recycling initiatives, including recycling almost 20
percent of all water from the manufacturing process and reusing 70 percent of all water used during product testing. Moen is a proud WaterSense Manufacturer
Partner, and its products can be used to help achieve LEED certification. Moen's partnership with NEWH improves brand awareness with key decision makers
within the industry. "We value NEWH's dedication to provide scholarships, continuing education, and leadership development to aspiring designers and
executives," says Jason Reynolds, director of sales, hospitality and A&D. "We look forward to all that the coming year will bring to the marketplace."

The past year was a big one for Durkan, Mohawk Group's hospitality flooring brand, which set a personal record
for awards received for innovation and design, including for Lichen carpet tile collection-the world's first Living
Product Challenge Petal Certified floorcovering-which won an Interior Design Best of Year Award, Best of NeoCon
Gold Award for modular carpet, and two Nightingale Awards. In December 2017, Mohawk acquired Godfrey Hirst Group, the largest carpet manufacturer in
Australia and New Zealand. "The highlight of our partnership with NEWH is the annual Durkan dscvr Student Design Competition, which is entering its eighth
year," says creative design director Elizabeth Bonner. "In 2018, we will launch our first collection from this contest with Utah State University graduate Megan
Cook Turner, last year's grand prize winner. Our relationship with NEWH was instrumental in making this possible."

Electric Mirror was the first company to create and bring lighted mirror technology to the hospitality industry more than two decades
ago. New product innovations include Savvy, the world's first smart mirror; Sage, the first voice-controlled mirror for the hospitality
industry; Radiance, a sleek lighted mirror that uses angled light to produce a vivid reflection with minimal shadows; Vive, technology
that lets you play music directly through the mirror; and Ava, the perfect technology for makeup application. The company has also
received acclaim for its innovative cost-saving technologies such as Keen smart dimming, which automatically dims lights after a
period of non-use, resulting in a significant reduction in energy consumption. In addition, Electric Mirror has expanded its charitable giving program, Compassion
25:40, providing crucial financial aid to humanitarian organizations around the world that serve the poor and vulnerable-especially women and children.

In 2017, Kimball Hospitality acquired D'style and its subsidiary, Allan Copley Designs, longtime supporters of NEWH.
The company is also a participating partner in the Marriott Supplier Sustainability Assessment Program (MSAP),
sharing MSAP's commitment to leading the industry in social and environmental responsibility. Kimball is looking
forward in 2018 to working with designers on custom casegoods and seating. And as an enthusiastic member of NEWH, Kimball Hospitality is pleased to see
the organization's continued example of raising the bar on education and scholarships for the hospitality industry. "We are thrilled to be a Corporate Partner in

Ulster completed many installations of note during the past year, including on Cunard Cruise Line's Queen Mary 2.
The iconic ship underwent a massive refurbishment, which took more than 8 million hours to complete and included
231,000 square feet of Ulster's PSYLO Axminster carpet. The company's recent launches include the strikingly
patterned Fusion; the chevron Reverb; Tone, with a houndstooth design; and Sonic, which echos ikat textiles and slub
yarn designs. The company continues with its program to divert industrial waste from landfills, with 96 percent of its waste now diverted. "We believe in investing
in training and development of young graduates," says Ulster president John Louw. "Similarly, NEWH is committed to development of young people through the
scholarship program, which makes our sponsorship an excellent fit."
