The high-power, programmable PXI-4130 SMU single-slot, 3U PXI module features a four-quadrant ±20 V output and incorporates remote (4-wire) sense. With five available current ranges offering measurement resolution down to 10 nA, this source provides the standard DC parametric measurements required for semiconductor devices. The new instruments include: 50 and 100 MS/s sampling with two simultaneously sampled channels with 8-bit resolution A DMM with 6 1⁄2 digits of resolution at up to 10 readings per second or 3,000 readings per second at lower resolutions PXI Express RF Vector Signal Generator The new NI PXIe-5672 module delivers vector signal generation up to 2.7 GHz, 20 MHz of bandwidth, and data streaming at up to 25 MS/s. High-Accuracy USB Data Acquisition Devices NI USB-6281/89 devices feature an 18-bit ADC providing a 4X increase in resolution over 16-bit devices and incorporate the NI-PGIA 2 custom amplifier and NI-MCal self-calibration for accuracy of 980 µV at ±10 V and 28 µV at ±100 mV at a sampling rate of 625 KS/s. NI M Series for Multifunction Data Acquisition The NI USB-622x and USB-625x M Series devices for mobile and limited-space applications feature up to 80 analog inputs, up to four analog outputs, and up to 48 digital I/O lines.
