The high-power, programmable PXI-4130 SMU single-slot, 3U PXI module features a four-quadrant ±20 V output and incorporates remote (4-wire) sense. With five available current ranges offering measurement resolution down to 1 nA, this source provides the standard DC parametric measurements required for semiconductor devices.
