Since joining the company, then known as Triple Net Properties L.L.C., in 2006, Hanson has overseen more than $4 billion in acquisitions and over $1.8 billion in dispositions. Previously, he served as a senior vice president for Grubb & Ellis Co.’s institutional investment group. He began his real estate career as a broker for CB Richard Ellis Inc. Hanson is affiliated with the Tenant-In-Common Association,National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts,Pension Real Estate Association and Urban Land Institute. He is also a CPN Net Lease Executive Award Honoree this year. 2002, she held several executive positions with Security Capital Group,including co-chairman & COO of Archstone Communities Trust.She occupied the same position at predecessor firm Security Capital Atlantic Inc., playing an instrumental role in its IPO. She has served on the boards of directors of both public and private companies owned or controlled by Security Capital. Moore is second vice chair of the executive committee for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts board of governors and director of the San Jose State University Tower Foundation and is a member of the policy board executive committee for the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, the Urban Land Institute, the board of directors for RentBureau L.L.C., the California Apartment Association and The Real Estate Roundtable.
