How would you describe your business in one sentence? We are an industry leader in the world of visual merchandising, combining creativity, logic and experience to provide optimal solutions for our clients. How different does your company look today from five years ago?

Expanded infrastructure at Christine Taylor Collection (CTC) and Christine Taylor Asia (CTA). We have restructured our internal U.S. staff, focusing on project management teams to best support client needs. The Hong Kong team is now comprised of American leadership, complemented by a team of Chinese nationals who contribute local knowledge and product development experience. We also have enhanced our approach leveraging marketing and communications about CTC as a brand and what we provide to our clients. We have redesigned and broadened our website and also re-engaged in industry tradeshow participation.

What differentiates your company from other competitors in the marketplace?
At CTC, we welcome customization. As a group of flexible creative problem-solvers, we work with a blank canvas or within a structured or specific framework. Our strength in design is supported by an experienced, talented team that includes creative and art directors, industrial designers and engineers, along with a team of skilled production and project managers. Although we offer a line of in-stock fixtures and forms, the majority of our work is custom designed.

CTA, our Asian office, allows us to address global needs with timely interface and communication on the ground in Asia. We don’t just have an office there, we have people there. What does “partnership” mean to your company today?
Our most successful relationships are through client partnerships, with high levels of collaboration between our clients and CTC to develop, create and bring the vision to life. In these days of reduced teams, limited staff and tighter budgets—we want our clients to be able to rely on us for more than a product. Our intent is to partner, grow trust and deliver results, year after year, for our clients.
