You were a lifesaver, here’s a pack of Life Savers.’ That type of thing.” The heart of the Best of the Best program is the middle tier, known as “informal.” Despite that name, this is a Web-based system with a nomination process based around the four corporate objectives. Nominations must explain which objective was advanced by the action in question and are vetted by each office’s committee of two to five vol- There are many ways to recognize employees in a corporate magazine.
