2009 AWARDS PRODUCT INNOVATOR Honoring the Most Innovative New Products of the Year Requirements 1. Products must have been introduced for regular production (no prototypes) in 2009. Entrants may submit forms for as many different products as they like, in as many categories as they choose; however, the same product may not be entered in more than one category. Submit a single product, not a line of products. 2. Judges reserve the right to reassign products to other categories if necessary. Decisions by the judges are final. 3. Competition fee is $150 per entry; each additional entry is $50. Each product must have its own entry form (photocopies are acceptable), and the entry fee must accompany the entry form. Please make checks payable to Kitchen and Bath Business. All questions on the entry form must be answered. 4. At least one 300 dpi color image of each product must be submitted with the entry form. Multiple views (other angles) and technical information are encouraged. Identify each image with the manufacturer name, product name and category. Samples, when practical or necessary, are accepted, but cannot be returned. Winners will be featured in the December 2009 issue of K+BB and in video on K+BBTV! (All questions must be answered for entry to be considered. Use separate sheets if necessary. Bear in mind—the more information, the easier the judges’ job. Samples, where practical, are encouraged but are not necessary. Samples cannot be returned.)
