Following these presentations, Randall Whitehead, internationally known architectural lighting designer, author of seven books, Residential Lighting Magazine columnist, and regular guest expert on the Discovery Channel, CNN, HGTV, and Martha Stewart Living Radio, will discuss how energy-efficient lighting installed throughout a home can be just as attractive as the more commonly used incandescent fixtures. Architectural and decorative fixtures have undergone a revolution in design, which now includes recessed fixtures, linear strip lights, pendants, and sconces that use fluorescent and LED lighting. Fixtures using both of these energy-efficient sources come in a range of dimmable color temperatures. Incorporating green lighting options can result in a beautiful and energy-efficient design solution. 6 http://www.NKBA.org http://www.NKBA.org http://www.KBIS.com http://www.KBIS.com
