Adding 1.4 million square feet to the current property, the project is one of the most ambitious private development projects on the East Coast. The development includes a stunning new 39-story Earth Tower hotel showcasing a unique House of Blues experience. A new Casino of the Wind joins two current casinos. And a new 22,000square-foot spa, additional dining, retail, and entertainment venues round out the scene.
