Woodlands Work With its eye toward AAA FourDiamond status, the Woodlands Resort & Conference Center in Texas has a $50 million renovation under way, which will add 158 guest rooms (for a total of 380), a new lobby, and a fine-dining steakhouse with a wine vault.
