Construction Cites A.C. Adds Over-Water Space opened in early January on top of the Pier Shops at Caesars. It extends 80 feet above the ocean and 100 feet off the coastline. Owned independently from Caesars, the venue is being billed as the area’s only non-casino, overwater event space. One Atlantic contains 10,000 square feet of event space and a 2,000-sq.-ft. outdoor terrace, allowing for receptions with as many as 1,000 attendees. The venue features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the ocean, beach and boardwalk. The venue also offers planning, production and catering services. Two more, Equarius One Atlantic tops Caesars More than 12,000 square feet of new event space opened this month in Atlantic City—or, more specifically, over the Atlantic Ocean.
