news newh and chapter Around the Chapters Chicago In January, the Chicago Chapter held its 2008 kick-off event hosted by certified reality therapist Cathie Looney for an evening of networking and conversation. Cathie gave the group insight and wit on how four very different generations can successfully maintain a balanced work relationship and how to overcome the differences in age and personality. Cathie’s clever presentation left the guests inspired and intrigued. Dallas This past November the Dallas chapter hosted its inaugural Black Tie BBQ. Roughly 260 people attended the event raising almost $10,000 for the scholarship fund. The chapter also awarded nine scholarships at the event, which featured gambling, eating, and dancing. The 2008 event will be held in conjunction with the Dallas regional tradeshow.
